Mrs Winters and her associates are busily at work expanding on the potential of her classes and workshops. Presently, such offerings as her herb school course are most effective as in-person, hands-on presentations. Although PDF texted-based versions of her class are available at a minimal charge, Mary is currently exploring the use of podcasts and webinars. The hope is to offer a more robust experience for long-distance learning.

For those residing within Northeast Ohio, Mary can offer a variety of educational opportunities from customized courses to informative and fun group workshops. Please explore the links below for more information. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Meta-Facts

Origin  ~ Herb: The word herb is derived from the old French erbe and, from its first appearance in English in the late 13th century, meant both a plant without a woody stem and a plant of particular medicinal or culinary value. The “h” first appeared in the 15th century but wasn’t voiced until the 19th century, which is why some folks still say 'erb'.
