Welcome To Our Site

head2

Summer is here once again and with it the bounty of nature. The herb garden is lush and aromatic. The elderberry bush is awash with delicate flowers and hints at the promise of a generous autumn harvast. Even though the sun shines a little longer, there seems hardly enough moments in the day to complete all that could be done.

In these busy days of blue skies and warm weather, I've taken some time to reflex, renew and reconnect with my own spiritual journey. My goal is to refine my focus on that which is most dear to my heart. To that end, I've streamlined the site and kept only the most essential elements so that I may reevaluate the direction it will take into the future.

For information on my products, please refer to the About section. As for my healing services and instructional oppertunities, I am always eager to assist those individuals who seek happiness and well-being. In fact, this is my summer of Reiki. I am resolved to immerse myself in the spiritual energies that the practice of Reiki can bring so I may better share this wonderful gift of healing from which we can all partake.

Understanding the Chart

The Tibetan Health Charts are based on Kalachakra Medical Astrology which is an integration of yoga, Aurveda, and Vedic astrology. This system is grounded in the study of embryology, physiology, anatomy and human aging patterns through our lifetime. For clarity please refer to the Example Chart .

The Basics

Each Health Chart is composed of nine houses. The houses, grouped into three columns of three, combine the overall astrological forces at work throughout the cycles of one''s life. Each house is dominated by a planet. Depending upon the house and its planetary influence, the included guidance sheets can be used to gain insight into potential illness, disease and other health concerns. Additionally, the accompanying information will advise as to which crystals, essential oils and herbs can assist in strengthening the weaknesses brought on by the planetary effects while toning the positive influences.

A Closer Look

Ancestry Chakra Genetic Cycles

Looking at the chart, you''ll see that the first column hold the three houses of the Ancestry Chakra Genetic Cycles. The first house is the weekday of birth and shows the psychological constitution which is one''s general personality and disposition. The second house corresponds to the physical body and shows the weak areas of the organs, tissues and body systems. This house, just as the third to follow, holds a direct link to our lifelong health.

The third house reveals inherited weaknesses; the health of parents at the time of conception; the health of one''s mother during pregnancy and the circumstances of of their birth, thus representing an individuals'' genetic pattern. By discovering the planet of influence one can learn about possible inherited issues while finding measures to counteract those potential concerns.

Preservation Chakra Vitality Cycles

The middle column of houses is our Preservation Chakra Vitality Cycles and represents our base or who we are. The fourth house is one''s psychology vitality which represents our mental and psychological strengths and weaknesses. The planet of influence for this house will be the ruling planet of the Preservation Chakra Vitality Cycles. What that means is that this house''s planet has more influence than the ones in the next two houses.

The fifth house is our physical vitality. It is here where an example can be given to show the potential of the underlying system upon which the health chart is constructed:

A good friend of Mary''s had a health chart created using her birth date and birth time. The chart noted Jupiter as the planet of influence for her fifth house. What made this chart so interesting was that her friend suffers from hyperthyroidism and had her gallbladder removed several years ago. As listed in the guidance sheets, the planet Jupiter is related to the thyroid glands and the gallbladder.

Even more interesting, Jupiter also dominated her third house which reveals inherited weaknesses. Mary was informed that her friend had always believed her mother had suffered from thyroid issues. A belief made stronger after she had spend a number of years and visited several doctors before pinpointing her own medical issues. These two houses are not always or even usually the same. Nevertheless, had Mary''s friends know the results of her chart years earlier; she could have directed her physician to check her thyroid. Not only would this have saved time and trouble, she may have been able to use the knowledge of the chart to improve upon her overall health.

Of course, the sixth house is our health''s overall strengths and weaknesses. This house has only day to day influences. By tending to the effects of the ruling house, the daily affect of this lesser house thus become secondary. The first 6 houses do not change during our lifetime; although, the last three will.

Forward Moving Chakra Aging Cycles

The seventh house is the current seven year cycle that we are in. As noted earlier the nine cycles of the Kalachakra last seven years. The planet of influence in the Seventh house will be our ruling planet for our Forward Moving Aging Cycles. Again, this ruling planet will dominate over the following two houses. When one transitions to a new cycle, the ruling planet will change. By having this knowledge as a person nears a transition period or marma point, preparations can be made to strengthen the weaknesses of both planets.

The eighth house''s planet changes every year on our birthday. Knowing the influences in this house an individual can take steps to promote well-being throughout the year. The Ninth house changes every fifth-two days. There are seven, fifth-two day, cycles in one calendar year. Just as the shifting of the season affect our daily life so too do the changes in planetary power throughout the seven cycles of the ninth house each year.

Having a Tibetan Health Chart can be very useful tool for taking control of your own health while offering information that may assist oneself and one''s doctors in taking pro-active measures towards illness and disease. Each chart comes with a set of guidance sheets and a gemstone elixir body spray made specifically for the individual based on the result of their chart. (re-write) Each chart recipient will receive a least six updates to their chart which correspond to the changes within their Forward Moving Aging Cycles Please refer to the links below for additional information and ordering.

Nine Cycles of Kalachakra

The Wheel of Time

According to Hermes Mercurius Trismegistus, founder of the ancient hermetic order, the ancient Hindus, Chinese and Egyptians believed that human beings blossomed into lotus flowers, unfolding every seven years in a spiral pattern.  The Kalachakra, our wheel of time, describes the body’s natural clock from the time we are born to the time of our death.  This system take into account the studies of embryology, physiology, anatomy and the aging patterns of human life.

Every seven years, we change cycles within the Kalachakra.  These years of change are called marma points and occur at 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49, 56, 63, etc.  During this change, when we go from the influence of one planetary rule to the next, we are most likely to incur illness as we adjust to the new planetary energies.  They also represent a change from one dominant chakra rule to the next one.  Marma points can be further broken down into seasons, weeks and hours of the year.  They are found within our own aging cycles and are critical intersections called nadi or points of convergence on the physical body.

Find your age in the paragraphs below and see what planetary frequency you’re currently under.

Moon Aging Cycle ~ Birth to Age Seven

From birth to age seven, we are under the influence of the moon, closest to our subconscious and the spiritual source from where we came.  Rudolf Steiner, mystic founder of the Waldorf Educational System, observed in humankind, the same seven stages of life as outlined in the Kalachakra.  Steiner believed that information and knowledge should not be forced upon the child unless there is a natural attraction to it.  Because of the innate receptivity and closeness to the spiritual world, the child has an easier access to their unique purpose for being.  It is not our job to alter their nature but to encourage their own unfolding.  Rather than educate we are to nurture their spiritual development.  Like the reflecting moon, a child will reflect and mirror our actions.

Mercury Aging Cycle ~ Seven to Age Fourteen

In mythology, Mercury is Hermes, the winged messenger of the Gods, founder of the Hermetic Order of Alchemy.  In the cycles, mercury represents the active intelligence, communication and the power to reason.  This is the cycle of rapid learning and mental development in the life of the child as they grow out of the nurture focused moon years and into their own as an individual interacting with the outside world.  It is during this cycle that reading and math come into play.

Venus Aging Cycle ~ Fourteen to Age Twenty-One

Venus governs the second chakra, the center of our emotions and sexuality.  Welcome to puberty, when you, the young adult, awaken as sexual beings and ready to make their mark on the world.  When this energy is properly engaged, the adolescent is capable of great creativity.  If offered no direction, the energy may be used destructively.  Venus rules fashion, makeup, and more often than not, young adults are quite conscious of their appearance.

Sun Aging Cycles ~ Twenty-One to Age Forty-Two

Here we have three seven-year cycles corresponding to the development of our ego and our individuality.  The sun is the center of our solar system.  There are the cycles of growth where we definitely believe we are smarter than our parents are and will not repeat their errors in life.  Our ego forces are charged with the passion of our life’s mission.

Mars Aging Cycle ~ Forty-Two to Age Forty-nine

After being baked by the sun for 21 years, our basic psyche is formed.  Most of us know whom we are and what we plan to do with our lives.  We are ready to move in to the influence of Mars, the fiery planet of dynamic, often aggressive forward motion.  This is often the “upwardly mobile” period of a person’s life, when they have settled into their life’s work without hesitation or doubt.  If we have not fully refined ourselves in our sun years, then we may experience depression, anger and inflammatory issues in our bodies.

Jupiter Aging Cycle ~ Forty-Nine to Age Fifty-Five

The optimistic and philanthropic nature of Jupiter takes over at age 49 and the wisdom of our ways spills over into everything.  Jupiter is the planet of expansion and indolent energy.  This cycle is characterized by a slower metabolism, a warm and loving energy.  We are attuned to abundance and foster the inclination to teach the”younger generation” what we have learned.  Since Jupiter begins the cycle of our middle ages it corresponds to our mid-section spread in the physical body.

Saturn Aging Cycle ~ Ages Fifty-Five to Sixty-Three

At fifty-six, we feel Saturn’s influence – dry skin, stiff joints, even shrinking bones and wrinkling skin.  Saturn represents our root chakra and the descent into materialism.  It is the solid structure we have built for ourselves.

The Second Time Around ~ Beginning at the Beginning, Again!

After the seven year cycle of Saturn, we begin the whole process over again, going back through the chakras in the same order as before, beginning with the moon.  This is our second childhood. The second trip is a higher initiation of the first that should take us to 120 years, the amount of years we are built to live.
